What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. The video should clearly show:

The package before opening (including the shipping label)
The unsealing process without any cuts or edits
The product received
Any issue or discrepancy

Requests submitted without a complete, unedited unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or resolution, as the video serves as proof of the issue.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How do I know my size?

We provide detailed measurements (chest, length, shoulder) for each style.
Compare these measurements to a T-shirt you already own for the most accurate match.

What is the refund and return policy ?

We offer a 7-day easy return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
•The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
•The serial zip-lock tag must be intact (returns are not accepted if the tag is broken).
•All original tags and packaging must be included.
